Health
The northeast region of Nigeria, is currently facing a severe health crisis. The region has been grappling with the devastating effects of the Boko Haram insurgency since 2009, and the ongoing conflict has had a significant impact on the health and well-being of the population.
One of the biggest challenges facing the region is the lack of access to basic healthcare services. The conflict has destroyed many health facilities and forced healthcare workers to flee, leaving the population without access to essential health services. This has resulted in a high prevalence of preventable diseases such as malaria, cholera, and measles, which have claimed the lives of many people, especially women and children.
we believe that access to quality healthcare is a fundamental human right. Our health programs are dedicated to addressing the pressing health challenges faced by underserved and vulnerable communities, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to live a healthy and dignified life.
