Early today, we had an orientation session with our new staff and volunteers who had recently joined our organization.
During the session, members of staff/volunteers were introduced to Rise To Inspire Africa Initiative what we do, why we do what we do, and how we intend to deliver on our mandates as well as our expectations for staff joining our team.
This crucial aspect of our organization development, helps new colleagues to have indepth understanding of our motivations as organization, and our expectations from them. Our Executive Director Stephen Olushola Oladepo delivered our commitments to our new colleagues.
